UNIT 10 - Progression piece.
Over the past year I have enjoyed the work and have been pleased with the outcomes. I have completed many live projects throughout both years but more within the first year. My first live project was a group one for Love Shouldn't hurt – For this we had to create a poster for their campaign, There have been others for places such as Canterbury Cathedral Archives, Turner Contemporary and Canterbury College. The main one was included within our Christmas card project, where Paperchase commissioned us to design a card each and they picked two winners and four runner ups, I was lucky enough to achieve a runner up prize.
Over the two years I have also completed two weeks of work experience (One in the first year the other in the second).Over the past 10 weeks I have been working on my FMP and am happy with the outcomes from it. I have also helped out with hanging and other show prep in the past two weeks before the end of year show is up. With a professional approach my sales have slightly increased in my Etsy shop (Selling my work and various commissioned pieces), and I will be progressing onto University For The Creative Arts Epsom (Graphic Design BA Hons).

FMP me myself & I - day 38
Today I completed my show prep and hung everything ready for the show opening Friday.
Everything hung and in place.
- main booklet on my life photos.
- mini booklet on my friends and family.
- journal (daily sketch, photo and colour thought April)
- daily objects booklet (inked sketches of daily objects)
- leaflets and business cards for craftysarah1
- colour your own skulls to sell
- hanging pantonned artwork to sell
- hanging daily objects on perspex.
The overall project went well with a few decisions made on redoing and re designing things but overall I am really happy with my outcomes and the way it looks in the show. Also the extras I have done came out to planned as well.
FMP me myself and I - day 37
Continued my booklet and picked up my mini one from the printers and then also set up my place at the show
