In the book binding workshop we created several books. One was a star styled book...

Fold in half (this way and again the other)

Fold corner to corner

Fold to a diamond and stick 2 together

Stands up

Stick other two together then stick them both together again (4stuck together)

Star shape created

Front once closed

1. Fold both pages in half

2. Then folld in half the otherway

3. Fold them into a triangle

4. Fold them into a triangle the opposite way

5. Fold it up the way it was and push the sides in to create a diamond shape

6. Glue both together (both sets)

7. Glue them together to make a state when folds out

8. Add cover 

How to cover the book;

1. Get greyboard, pva, book cloth, stanley knife and a cutting mat

2. Cur the greyboard to a size with 1mm around the edge of the paper book

3. Cut the cloth the same but with the grey board as a template.

4. Glue the greyboard

5. Stick it in the centre of the cloth

6. Fold the cloth over the edges gluing it down

7. Glue the paper

8. Stick it onto the greyboard covering he edges of the cloth.
